Information we collect
When you complete our qualifier quiz or agent application, we collect the answers you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, licensing status, availability, and income goals. We may also collect basic technical information such as the page you submitted from and your referring source.
How we use it
We use your information to evaluate fit for our virtual sales opportunity, to contact you by phone, text, or email about your application, and to send training and onboarding details. We do not sell your information.
Contact consent
By submitting a form you consent to be contacted at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated text message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or email careers@kumquatlife.com to be removed entirely.
Sharing
We share submissions with our internal recruiting team and the service providers that power our CRM, scheduling, and email/text delivery. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing careers@kumquatlife.com. We retain application data only as long as needed for recruiting and regulatory purposes.
