From Where You Are to On the Phones in ~30 Days
Get Licensed (2–3 weeks).
Study for your state life insurance license while you keep your current job. Nights and weekends. Your entire startup cost is the state's licensing fee — usually a couple hundred dollars.
Racing School (2 weeks).
Our onboarding program. Live class Monday–Friday, 9am PT. Scripts, carriers, products, live call shadowing. You learn the entire dynamic before you ever dial.
Go Full-Time on Live Leads.
You're on the phone with people who filled out a form asking about life insurance. You write business, you get paid commission. From here your income is an activity equation.
You'll never pitch your cousin
Every "opportunity" you've seen probably wanted your contact list. Not here. You work purchased leads — real people who filled out a form asking about life insurance. Once you're producing, leads are a business expense you control, like inventory for a store. The minimum standard on this team is a 3x return: every dollar into leads comes back as three or more in commission. We train you to that number, and we track it.
Full-time only, and here's why
Keep your job while you get licensed. Once you're live, this is full-time only. Commission-only part-time is how people fail in this industry, and we don't set people up to fail.
This is for you if:
- You're already in sales and you're capped by the product, the split, or the schedule
- You can go full-time once licensed
- You can invest a couple hundred dollars in your license and treat lead spend like a business expense
- You're coachable and you'll run a system 230+ agents already run
This is not for you if:
- You need a guaranteed paycheck (this is 100% commission)
- You're looking for part-time side money
- You want passive income without activity
- You can't handle hearing your call recordings reviewed
If the first list is you, apply below. We review every application personally — not everyone gets a call.
Straight Answers
Is $10k–$30k a month actually real?+
For full-time people, yes. It's not a first-week number and it's not everyone. The production chart above is our real last-90-days data: 95 different agents had a $10k+ month, and agents writing 2+ policies a week cleared $10k 96% of the time. What you make tracks what you put in. This is commission, not a salary.
So I could work a month and make nothing?+
Technically yes — it's commission-only. In practice, if you're full-time, following the system, and making zero, something's broken and we fix it with you. That's what Racing School and your upline are for. Nobody here is left to figure it out alone.
What does it cost to start?+
Your state license, usually a couple hundred dollars depending on the state. That's it to get in the door. Once you're licensed and producing, you'll buy leads — real people who filled out a form asking about life insurance. Leads are a business expense, and the minimum standard here is 3x: every dollar into leads should come back as three or more. We teach you to hit that.
Is this an MLM?+
No. You make money selling life insurance policies through A-rated carriers to people who asked for quotes. Nobody earns by signing you up, and you don't have to recruit anyone to get paid.
Do I have to sell to friends and family?+
Never. You work purchased leads — people who opted in through ads because they wanted life insurance. You're calling people who raised their hand.
I've never sold insurance and I don't have a license. How fast until my first dollar?+
Two to three weeks to get licensed, depending on how fast you move through the course. Then two weeks of Racing School — live classes Monday through Friday at 9am PT. Most people are on the phones inside their first month.
Can I keep my current job?+
While you get licensed, yes — study nights and weekends. Once you're licensed and live, we only work with full-time people. Commission-only part-time is how people fail, and we don't set people up to fail.
What does an actual day look like?+
Not an 8-hour shift, and nobody's clocking you. You're trading hours directly for income. The people producing $20k+ months aren't working less than a 9-to-5 — they're working more, on their own terms. If you want a fixed schedule and a guaranteed check, this isn't it, and that's fine.
